All products purchased from neotus may be returned by post within 28 days of receiving your original order. No question asked!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. When you return your order, just put inside one copy of the commercial invoice you have received from us – no form to fill, just this document.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return. We'll refund your original payment - this is usually done within 2 working days.
It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we stake our reputation on it.
Our mills are covered by a five (5) year legal warranty from the date of purchase (please keep proof of purchase). Moreover, grinding mechanisms carry a lifetime warranty. Please note the fact that our products may contain some imperfections, it can not in any way constitute a defect. neotus produces artisanal and original products which can therefore be imperfect, hence their particular charm.
neotus reserves the right to optionally repair or replace it with the same product or a product of equivalent value, if a product happens to be discontinued.
